Place An Order
Placing an order with Scuba Southwest is easy. Simply navigate around our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the 'BUY NOW' button.

Wherever you are on Scuba Southwest, you can add items to your basket in the same way.

You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "My Basket" button.

You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.

Post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket

Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping

Fill in the order details on the secure form

Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.


Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however if you item is faulty upon receipt, you may of course return the item for a refund.

Scuba Southwest.com guarantees that every product that we sell will always be of the best possible quality. All products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than are required by law. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may cancel your contract with us and return the goods. Your request to cancel must be made in writing (e-mail) within 14 working days from the day after delivery. You are required throughout the period prior to return to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return an item please contact us via e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation.

You may be liable for any initial and subsequent shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please see "Returned Goods" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. regulator boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.  To avoid disappointment, if you are in any doubt about the size of goods, especially suits, please contact us first prior to purchasing.  We do not have a 'Sale or Return Policy' on some suits.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.


Shipping
Order online or by phone, we aim to dispatch in stock items the same day if you order before 10.00am!! All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. All orders are delivered via Parcel Force 48 hour Courier service or Royal Mail First Class Postage.  We cannot be held responsible for any courier delays.  All standard deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday. If you require next day delivery by midday, submitt your request in the "CUSTOMER NOTES" box when you fill in your PAYMENT DETAILS at CHECKOUT, this will be in addition to the order total displayed. We can deliver to your home or work address if more convenient. All orders will need to be signed for upon delivery.  If the billing address is different from the delivery address, we may contact you to confirm the order - this is to prevent any fraudulent transactions.

The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.
Unfortunately we have to charge carriage on certain items but we attempt to keep it to a minimum and believe our charges are the lowest in the industry.

On orders up to £50.00 GBP, P&P is £5.00 GBP.   Large items such as fins & spearguns will be subjected to an additional £5.00 P&P - this may not show up on checkout, but will be added to your final bill receipt.

On orders up to £100.00 GBP, P&P is £10.00 GBP.

On orders over £150.00 GBP, P&P is FREE.

Back Order Items

If an item you have chosen is not in stock we will contact you via email to notify you of the items status or an alternative. Unfortunately we do not keep items on back order, some non standard stock items may require overseas shipping and may take longer to despatch. If an item cannot be delivered within our standard 48 hour service we will contact you via email to inform you of the delivery date. 

International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.

Your online credit card transactions are secure with Scuba Southwest. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. All credit card details are encrypted and we use the highest levels of security available.


Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. This will be subtracted automatically at the checkout.


Import Duty or Tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
